Yet you are averaging more anyway :P

I think you need to set a higher number next time! :D Excellent.

Thanks Crystal.
Went over 30,000 during this evening's walk.
Closing in on 35K now.

I got what I consider a compliment today.
A lady in an office I was working at said I was too young to remember the word groovy.
I told her that I'm older than I look and asked her how old she thought I was.
One man in the office said 28.
She said 30 because I said I was older than I look.
Can't wait until I get thinner and look younger

I have noticed a few spots where my skin is better than a few months ago.

Awesome man! Being sexy to the point of irresistability is one of the more positive things veganism will bring. And treadmilling.

Thanks offense,
I'm still a little resistable, but that will change soon.
The skin changes might be due to the high raw diet.

I was able to comfortably tighten my belt to the next hole today!
These small steps always feel good.

Nice to see you haven't stopped after meeting your goal. Are you gonna try something different for next month?

I will slow down a little bit, I've been on vacation most of July.
But I will try for twice per day until I can fit into my college pants.
Then I hope to start adding muscle when I can eat more.

I'm not sure how raw I can be in the winter. I'll do my best

I couldn't imagine eating raw there...I guess you just need to sprout a ton.

I bought a portable MP3/video player today.
It sure makes the boring treadmill time go by quicker watching my favorite concerts

Made it to 35,000 calories burned with a few days to spare.
So close to 40K that I'll go for it by the end of the month.

:hello1:

We want pictures of the sexy new you!!!
Let's make the Earth a huge garden instead of a slaughterhouse www.veganquebec.net

Since RAW is good enough for every other animal on the planet, it is good enough for me. I'd much rather be like any one of them than most humans anyway.

I will be 44 years young September 24th.
Maybe I'll be ready to post a picture of myself by then.
