07:00 - 2 bananas

07:30 - 550 calories on treadmill

09:00 - melons and a banana

11:30 - cooked veggies and rice

5:00 - 3 bananas

5:30 - 938 calories on treadmill


1488 calories for the day
40307 calories for the month
Turned Vegan and started lifting weights in the spring of 2006 - Age 42

I made it to 40,000 in 30 days.
I'm going to take this morning off (and maybe a couple more days)
I've had this annoying dry throat and cough for a little while.
Hopefully it will go away with a few days of rest.

I estimate that I lost about 2 inches around the waist.
Very happy with that.
In a couple days I start working on the next 2 inches
