It just takes some time to try all these new things.

I will be training twice per day 4 times a week until the fall semester starts the first week in September. Then I'll probably return to 1 session 3 days per week. I'll do a 3x5 of 3 compound exercises per session similar to Bill Starr's intermediate 5x5 minus the warm-up sets. I haven't found warm-up sets useful for me.robert wrote:Wow, that's cool.....2 workouts per day. I do that when I'm getting ready for contest but not during the rest of the year.
How often do you train twice per day? Nice work on the pull-ups and chin-ups by the way. I can't seem to do more than 10 at a time these days.
