Hey,

Just in case anyone was wondering where I've been lately; I've been moving!

My friend Khan, who designs this website and forum was moving last week so for a couple of days I helped him move a bunch of stuff.

Then I went up to Portland to see my friend Dave (he's on the www.veganbodybuilding.com main site for just turning veggie, under Why Vegan) and he was moving. So we spent from like 4PM-1AM moving his stuff.

Then I just got a new apartment and was able to start moving June 1st so that is what I'm doing all week!

I still had time to get an intense back workout in at the gym tonight (while watching my Phoenix Suns get eliminated from the NBA Playoffs :( )

So, I know I haven't been post as much lately but I've been quite busy, and of course in addition to moving and training I'm doing my regular 40-hour week job and doing website work. So I'll get on here when I can and I still have tons of articles, features and photos for the main site that are waiting to go up, so hopefully I'll get them up soon!

Have a great week everyone and thanks for checking out my Peta TV commercial and for the e-mails and for the posts and all that you do to promote the vegan bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle.

Man bro you are sooo busy. Good luck on the moves (yes pplural for all three) and say hi to everyone for all of us. BTW, how is your friend Dave liking the Veganism? Has he had any temptation to go back? Thanks for the dedication to this site and veganism, and hope you get back to us soon :D

I am so bummed about the suns. I have not really been following basketball but I do catch games in the gym and in the bar where I work. I really liked them this year.
