Next time come prepared with some deoderant spray. Its much nicer than being rude and going to a different machine...plus its doing him a favor.

how about room freshener for those other smells that get squeezed out during heavy lifts?

 

Yeah...I've smelled my share of squatting fart...no fun at all.

A couple years ago I topped out with size 38 pants. They were very tight.

There was also a lot hanging over that 38 inch waist.

A few months ago I was still wearing the 38s.

They were a lot looser and not as much extra hanging over the belt.

Last month I bought 36 inch pants.

Today I'm wearing 34 inch pants.

Last month's 36 inch pants come off easily without unbuttoning.

Belts have become a necessity for me.

 

My goal is a 32 inch waist.

When I get there I'll decide if I need to get to 31.

These "love" handles are going to be history.

I think that I'm going to do a little less treading and more lifting.

Still need my 1-2 hours on the treadmill. At least until I'm lean.

 

I've lost quite a bit of strength in the last couple months.

Most noticably in the bench and squat.

I just get very tired and weak while doing these two lifts.

 

Some things like bodyweight dips i'm improving on.

Probably because I've lost a lot of bodyweight.
