Mission Accomplished
Not sure what I'm going to do next month.
Still got some fat to lose so I'll probably be back on the treadmill.

Maybe you can switch machines or try doing a total amount of weight for lifting with the upper and lower body.

I think that I'm going to do a little less treading and more lifting.
Still need my 1-2 hours on the treadmill. At least until I'm lean.

I've lost quite a bit of strength in the last couple months.
Most noticably in the bench and squat.
I just get very tired and weak while doing these two lifts.

Some things like bodyweight dips i'm improving on.
Probably because I've lost a lot of bodyweight. :)

I think you'll find that you'll get the bench back up pretty quick but the legs may lag behind a little...but remember you're power to weight ration will be much better than before.

I didn't think my squatting would suffer so much. I actually thought it might improve.
I'm squatting less bodyweight now AND less weight on the bar.
But I realize my body is going through a major change.
I'll just wait til it's done fixing itself then punish it with more weights.

I think you'll find your max is down but what you can probably do more weight for 10 reps than you could before...even with the drop in max. Its weird how things work...eventually you can take advantage of that and maybe your old max will soon be something you can rep out. One thing you'll gain is range of motion as well which will make it easier to get lower in the squat but you'll also lose a bit of natural support in the hips.
