Upper body improvements are amazing, a little curious about the lower body though

Thanks everyone! I don't have any good before legs pictures but I did find this one from this past summer... kind of a good comparison... i'm really trying hard to build up my legs... a long way to go...

WOW!....Nice work....you have made some VERY impressive gains!

Thanks robert, I am stronger than I have ever been too... you set a high standard in which is tough to match, you (among several others) help me stay motivated!

Fantastic!

Same to you Zack, if anyone has been makin constant gains its you. Thanks for your support. I doubt 200 will come by the end of Feb but you, Robert, and I will get there one of these days.

nice biceps and back

Thanks, I've been trying to really focus on the form of my back exercises, and I'm starting to get a little spread back there which is encouraging.

Nice work Troy!

Thanks Chris...

I'd have to say nice everything!!

Appreciate that alot

Wide lats, boulder shoulders...

YEP! TIME TO SHOW GUS HOW DIS GONE BE DONE!

I've always got crap from friends for having small shoulders in the past, I've been trying to change that. Thanks Josh! And hey, I don't know if you Zack ever run out of Ronnie quotes, I think you should start a thread of strictly Ronnie quotes. I would visit that thread just to be amused... Oh, and how demotivating is it to watch a vid of Ronnie and then I switch tabs to see a picture of my twig limbs in comparison...

4 mo???? Wow, VERY Impressive!
all that in 4 mos. damn!

Thanks SeaSiren and CollegeB, before my 2 years off, I trained off and on inconsistently, strictly lifting weights and some cardio. I'm assuming most of what I've got back over the past 4 months is "old" muscle but I feel like this engine is runnin on premium fuel. I'm feelin alot stronger than I ever have.

Give me my forearms back!!!!! Now!!!!!

You are SWOL man! I love the density and thickness too!

I'll trade ya back the forearms but ya gotta give up the abs... sound like a deal?

wow. simply stunning!

Thanks lelle, appreciate the compliment

huge improvement in the biceps and shoulders dude!

Another shoulders compliment! I was going to throw a set of dumbbell shoulder presses on that video I made, it was a set of 60s for 12 reps I think, but I left it out, no room with regards to the song length. Thanks chindian...

The wheels match the tank!

Now I gotta go squat! I gotta REALLY show gus how dis gone be done now!

"The wheels match the tank!" I actually started laughing hard when I read that... I never heard anyone say that before... killin me...

BTW, my gf says she likes my "skinny legs". The pictures pictures actually make my legs semi-decent, maybe its view looking down on them from up top but to me they always look skinny anyways.... but I'm glad the pics turned out like they did. Next week I'll get some pics with upper and lower at the same time the upper can be compared in relative reference to each other.

very nice...and very sexy

...

Troy lives up to his name as a muscular warrior!

That comment reminded me of the movie Troy and the opening scene with the muscular warrior Boagrius (Nathan Jones). Great scene!

God damn those legs are VERY impressive.

You are the most impressive Vegan Bodybuilder around imo, except for Daywalker...the king of the BACK.

Thanks Zack but I'm sure there are many others here that have been Vegan for much longer and deserve that title. I don't think I've seen pics of Daywalker, except for that Hulk avatar which is intimidating in itself. I'm gonna have to do a search for Daywalker pics... post a link if you have time. Thanks again Zack!

Damn you people with good genetics!

I've said the same thing to others. Its nice to be on the receiving end once in awhile:)

Wow. Quite impressive!

Thanks Michelle!, lets hope I can continue on gettin bigger and stronger...

You gotta work hard for what you get. Ain't nobody gonna give you nuthin.

Right on Josh, sacrifice and determination.
