  1. I'm pretty new to this raw vegan thing and Was just wondering if I could have feedback on my diet. Its not a bodybuilding diet. I only work out about 2 hours a week. I'm 5"8 and currently 182 pounds but would like to lose weight to about 140-150 lbs. Also I do take a multivtamin that makes every vitamin and mineral go above the RDA except from calcium which is at 72%. http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/9751/foodistsl6.th.jpg http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/3359/piechartmq8.th.jpg http://img95.imageshack.us/img95/7828/nutritionmo0.th.jpg http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/6971/barchartkj8.th.jpg
  2. Right on the south east coast, do you know Brighton? if so about 30 mins drive from there.
  3. Fruit and Veg is damn expensive. I spend about £60 a week. Cant put a price on health though I guess.
  4. They can definately get really dense. I saw on TV the other night someone who can smash 10 concrete sheets with a palm thrust. He threw down hundreds of pounds of pressure.
  5. I think its similar to the micro-tear thing with the muscles. I think with excersise fibers in the bone break and reform bigger and stronger.
  6. If you return to a raw fruit diet you could try the diet I use which is what i call 'Conservative Fruitarianism'. Its basically an unstrict version of a fruitarian diet which includes a Multivitamin and mineral, fresh fruit and nuts. heres what My diet looks like: 6 Bananas, 3 apples, 3 oranges, 1 mango, 500g grapes and 90g almonds I spread that between about 3-4 meals. the total calories are 2088. 55.5 grams of fat. 410.5 grams carbs. 57.7 grams fiber. 38.4 grams protein. The carb, protein, fat ratio is 71%/6%/22%. I get the RDA of every Vitamin and mineral except Calcium which is 51% of the RDA. Its far from perfect But the only arguable deficiencies are Calcium and Protein.
  7. Hey gorillia, I was just wondering where you buy your fruit from. Do you buy it in supermarkets like sainsburys or do you go to farmers markets, fruit stalls etc?
  8. If you dont like a food then dont eat it. Its your body telling you not too.
  9. You do know this is VEGAN bodybuilding?
  10. I have a feeling that Richard might have stopped being a fruitarian again. He's deleted his Youtube account and made a new one 'Shud up N Train'. His MySpace doesnt mention him being a fruitarian anymore. He has made a new website called 'Shud up N Train'. I rekon he might have gone back to being a raw vegan.
  11. my advice would me to avoid sticky, mucusy food such pasta, bread etc. Im assuming since this is vegan bodybuilding your already avoiding dairy but if not you need to stop consuming it because its bad for the lungs.
  12. Would it be a bad idea to mix a protein powder and creatine powder into one shake?
  13. If you do go raw you will lose muscle no matter how many calories you eat. When you go raw your body goes through detoxification and you will lose alot of fat and muscle. But dont worry, once your body is clean you will begin to gain weight and muscle again.
