New lifestyle for me. I have done vegetarian for small periods of time in the past, but haven't felt better than I have since I went vegan. Seems there is a lot to get used to such as what to eat when going out. Will enjoy taking part in this as I try to get back in shape for the new year. Been doing Sumits Hot Yoga. Recovered a LOT of flexibility I had lost. Now I am looking forward to building more muscle while retaining the flexibility by doing both weight training and yoga at the same time.
