  8. Hey everyone! This is my 2nd year of serious fitness after 6.5 years of amazing veganism. Have always toyed around with lifting but am now able to get into the gym 5-6 days a week; stoked! Usually do 3 cardio sessions a week - circuit training/body combat/body attack/running/swimming/core classes And 4 days of weights a week. Low reps with as many kg as possible. Aim is = jacked! Slowly putting on more weight (am 6'1 and 69kgs) but need to pay more attention to diet. Just trying to eat enough and include shakes. Doing 'tough mudder' in November when I return to the UK to finish my ecology degree and 'tough guy' in january...
  9. Where abouts in Aus Grant? I'm an edge lass too Good luck on your journey!
