Having resigned to the facts I am not a competitive athlete, as I do not have gym privilages as often as I'd like, I do not have money for all the best food I want to eat all the time, and even if I did have all that I still have a mortal physical body that will decompose in a finite manner . . . I see some of the physical activities that are non-competetive and require the least amount of effort, but the most amount of physical maintenance for what they are. The most important "passive" physical activity is balance. Because you see? It starts with the simplicity of maintaining Balance, balance, balance alone without any one else's micromanagement getting in the way.
