  1. My thighs/butt are way too fat/thick for my liking, so I've been doing a lot of cardio and eating at a huge deficit in hopes of losing that fat. I'm also, however, looking to lift to build muscle, but I'm not sure how exactly I should eat in order to achieve both goals at the same time. I've lost 6-7 kg in 2.5weeks from doing a lot of cardio daily, but I don't know how many calories I should eat, in addition to how I should set up my macros. Age: 22 (ovo-lacto vegetarian for 16 years) Height: 178 cm / 5 foot 8 Weight: 81 kg / 178 lbs Photo of my thighs: http://i.imgur.com/4d9Siir.jpg Photo of my upper body: http://i.imgur.com/g9j7X5w.jpg As you can see from the photo of my upper body, I have very little muscle development, but my thighs/butt are really thick and fat. I've looked through numerous threads about what people eat daily (ie. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=570), but everybody seems to be eating a lot more calories than I expected. Should I even eat that much calories if my goals are to lose fat (around my thighs/butt) and gain muscle just about everywhere else? My main source of protein comes from boiled egg whites, but I suppose that's not really enough (I no longer eat the yolk, but eat up to 6 whites daily). Thanks for any advice
