Where on earth do you find kale in CHCH ? Also, it seems endurance is counter productive for building, but for those endurance athletes I use a Chia, beetroot, beet green, Chard, maca, macqui and frozen mango blend for pre run/bike etc. Its a killer mix. I am ex rotorua now melbourne so I have access to some of these beauties, I dont know how I would source in NZ.
