1. Eat a vegetarian/mostly vegan diet, including plenty of refreshing tap water.
2. Be active, including running and playing with my rescued dog, Mango (he's curiously orange).
3. Learn, by reading, practicing martial arts or music, or something entirely new.

Let's try this again

I joined this forum, I think, in January 2009, with awesome intentions. Maybe this time those intentions will stick. I've been vegetarian for more than 15 years, and I switched to vegan not quite a month ago. The transition has been pretty easy this time around. I've never done much in terms of body...

MTA: I forgot to mention that another really great way to build confidence is through martial arts. Just a thought.
