At the moment i've been aiming for low fat and that's about all really, and having a look at what I ate yesterday it was coming up at 60% carbs, 30% protein and 10%fat almost spot on. So I'll try and keep those levels consistant and see how it works out for me. The high fat low carbs certainly sound...

Hi guys, My end goal is to bulk up but before I can achieve this I have quite a bit of fat around my belly that needs to be shifting so am cutting my calories down. However I'm unsure as to what percentage of my calories should come from carbs, protein etc... Any help in the matter would be greatly ...
