Sunday Jan 29 - 35 situps, 35 pushups, 35 lawnmowers on each side with 24lbs. 13.1 Mile trail half marathon, with a lot of steep hills in the end. great day!

Saturday Jan 28 - 34 situps, 34 pushups, 34 lawnmowers on each side with 24lbs. did 1hr of interval training on the treadmill. here is the last interval at a 12mph pace. My 5 year old took the video for me! :D

Friday Jan 20 - Insanity Fast and Furious, through in a 1/4 mile at a 5 minute pace at the end

felt good so to end the day i did my 33 pushups, 33 sit-ups, and 33 lawnmowers on each side with 24lbs. then 1.5 hrs spinning on the bike.
