I go for 40-40-20 (protein/Carbs/Fat), with 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and 1.5 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight, then work out fat accordingly, allowing some from saturated fat for hormonal purposes but mainly unsaturated fat.
