Actually caffeine causes your body to release adrenaline which is not good in a long term as it messes with your adrenal glands, causes sleeplessness and other metabolic issues.

Caffeine actually is a natural pesticide so may want to cut down.

Been doing light weight training since I was 15 which is 20 years ago and went vegan nearly 3 years ago.
