Re: Train.

Dexter Jackson needs to keep eye over his shoulder at all times, I'm sneakin up slowly but surely. :augenroller: I have a few small goals. Get to a clean 200. Stay healthy, no injuries. Press out the 125 lb dbs for 3 reps. Get a stronger, more defined core. After that, I just want to maintain if pos...

Re: Am I getting too much fiber?

I believe so. I watched the entire video, and I think his main focus was on processed fiber supplements but he does mention eating to much fiber from fruits and veggies too. The only reason I bring it up is because its the only thing that I have "sorta" doubted with regards to my diet... t...

Re: Eat.

Is that too little? I'm so stuffed at the end of the day! I don't think I'd want to put in anymore calories than this for fear really over taxing my digestion system. I'll put some number together later for the costs...

200 lb. Kettlebell - 1 arm Jerk

Has anyone seen this? This kind of strength is just unimaginable to me. I picked up a 125 lb dumbbell off the floor today and tried to imagine myself putting it up on my shoulder while standing up. Not possible for me, let alone trying to shrug the thing. Great strength here: http://www.youtube.com/...

Re: Question for Bodybuilders and/or Heavy Lifters ONLY

I've played with numbers between 20-30%. Currently I'm consuming 20% and I feel this is probably a "safe" number bordering on the maximum with regards to health and minimum with regards to building muscle. Also taking into consideration grams/lb of body weight... I like to stay right aroun...

Re: Eat.

Thanks LocalBrada :) I updated my first post, again. I divided up my post-workout supplement into pre-workout and post-workout. I feel I am digesting the WMS better this way and I feel I have a little more energy during my morning workouts by utilizing the WMS pre workout. After the WMS is gone, I w...

Re: Train.

Are you still as strict as you used to be with diet? bringing your shakes to work in mason jars to reduce oxidation, etc. etc.. ? The mason jars and pump-n-seal are still in full effect! ... I'll update my "Eat." log here shortly but the basics are the same. :) Currently, chlorella/spirul...

Re: Book Reading Mission... need advice...

Some quick reviews and updates: Thrive Diet - Great read overall, thought some references would be nice to add in but I'm don't think I noticed too many so the book comes off a bit opinion based. Will incorporate some of his tips in the near future. Mad Cowboy - Really interesting and learning thing...
