Chris' Kale Salad

I made this the other day and it was awesome.
To make the Salad part you will Need.
Olive oil

To make the dressing you will need.
Dijonaise - Or Vegan Mayo+Dijon mustard

1. Coursely chop the Kale, Tomato and Walnuts and put them in a large bowl
2. Pan fry the Tempeh in a little olive oil until it is crisp - allow it too drain and cool.
3. Add chopped Tempeh to Salad bowl
4. Combine the Dijonaise, Tahini and tamari - amounts will vary, depending on how much salad you want to make, but a ratio of 2:1 with the Dijonaise and Tahini works well - add the tamari to taste.
5. Add to the salad just before serving, and mix throughly
6. Eat it!

I tried this tonight, except I used baby spinach and didn't have tahini or tamari. It was great, so I'm sure it would be even better with the things I left out!
