It's a lot easier then I thought it would be. I swear if I wasn't here Robert probably wouldn't been gaining as much as he is now. I just made this today Scrambled 1 1/2 block of tofu1 teaspoon of tahini1 teaspoon of soy saucea pinch of cumin 1 table spoon of hemp seeds 1 table spoon of sunflower seeds Mash tofu with a fork, add ingredients. Fry it with a little amount of oil. Mashed PotatoesHow ever many Potatoes you want peeled, boiled low until softStir them up add any non dairy milk. Put together and enjoy.
