Tofu Scrambled and Mash

This isn't raw. It's actually for Robert.

YES I can cook cooked food and not burn a single thing. lol

I'm having a lot of fun preparing. It's a lot easier then I thought it would be.

I swear if I wasn't here Robert probably wouldn't been gaining as much as he is now.

 

I just made this today

 

Scrambled

 

1 1/2 block of tofu

1 teaspoon of tahini

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

a pinch of cumin

1 table spoon of hemp seeds

1 table spoon of sunflower seeds

 

Mash tofu with a fork, add ingredients. Fry it with a little amount of oil.

 

Mashed Potatoes

How ever many Potatoes you want peeled, boiled low until soft

Stir them up add any non dairy milk.

 

Put together and enjoy.
