GoldenRatio Posted February 16, 2008 Share Posted February 16, 2008 I made Passion fruit Agar Jello shooters( I left out the alchohol from this test batch) and they came out with a weird almost grainy like texture.... Anybody have any suggestions for getting the consistency right? Im looking for something like lychee coconut konjac jelly snack texture I used the agar that comes in branch-like form, boiled it... the whole nine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
