Question --

If your someone who works out let's say 2 hours daily some cardio and weight training at 5'6 150 lb 10% fat Mesomorph

What amount of calories would you be eating to lean down some body fat --

How much carbs and proteins and fats on a daily basis ?

I guess you could get a range or rough estimate on this, but to me it really depends on the person, their current metabolism and what they are currently eating on a daily basis. If you want to email me what you consume in a day(amounts of each food/drink) I could figure out where you are at now as far as calories, carbs etc and give you an idea of where to go from there depending on what you are wanting to accomplish.
