Sore Shoulders

Hi Everyone

I am new here and also very new to living a vegan life so still trying to educate myself. I weight train 4 times a week and do upper body/lower body split. I have been training this way for the past 5 weeks and beginning to see some proper muscle growth. I use Reflex vegan protein powder and eat a lot of stir frys and fresh salads. I am having a problem with sore shoulders at the moment and was wondering if it could be something I am lacking in my diet?? If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

This (5000iu dose everyday until you feel the steel rod as a backbone and then switch to every second day):

And avoid push ups. They over work the front deltoids which leads to muscle imbalances.
