Scottish Vegan
Hmm a little bit about myself....well i am a 21 year old male from Scotland. I recently decided to become a vegan after thinking about it for so long in the past. It has been going really well and i have no regrets or temptation considering one of my favorite foods is broccoli (i know not very exciting lol). I was always brought up with a good healthy lifestyle and was very active in rugby, running and swimming. I started getting into bodybuilding around the age of 15 but started taking it more serious around age 19. That's all i can think of to say right now and i look forward to chatting with you all . Cheers.

Scottish Vegan
Welcome. What are your goals? My short term goal is to be 210 at 12% BF (I'm 6ft). But overall i would like to get as big as possible in the long term.
