Hey everyone, I'm Andy. (As my username suggests!) I'm not a vegan (yet), but recently I've been educating myself on veganism and all the lifestyle entails. After watching some eye-opening documentaries (Cowspiracy, Fat Sick & Nearly Dead, etc.) my whole outlook on food and nutrition has changed. I'm very active currently and I'm starting to get really serious about weightlifting and nutrition. I'm definitely considering going vegan and just wanna surround myself with awesome and knowledgeable people!
