I am new to this site and glad to have found a community of like-minded people. I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder, but to lose fat and maintain general fitness. I'm 32 and female and have been vegan for 3 and half years. I am finishing up a 12-week strength training program and looking for something new. I used to do a lot exercise videos, and still do occasionally, but I become bored after a few weeks and don't need the personalities in the videos to keep me motivated. If anyone has any suggestions for resources to find at-home strength workouts with bodyweight or hand weights, I'd appreciate it!
