Hi! I am fairly new to weightlifting. I have been doing crossfit for about a year now (off and on), but have recommitted to the program and am loving it! I have also been plant based for about 3 years now, but have not eaten as healthy as I want. I really want to gain muscle and lose fat (don't we all?! ) and make some big gains this year in my performance.
