Hi guys, vegan since 2000, but only been lifting for 6 months. It's been interesting to say the least especially as most lifting advice seems geared to omnivores... it is what it is.

You'll find a lot of meatheads in the gym that will tell you can only build muscle eating animal products. A complete lie perpetuated by beef and dairy industries.
