Hey guys! Stephen from Texas here! I've been a vegan for roughly a year and half now, and have loved every bit of it. I look forward to getting to know you guys here. My fitness goal is really single-minded. I want to be between 10-12% body fat, but I've been stuck at a plateau for a while. I'm hoping that joining this board, I can get some ideas on how to break through this plateau. Also, I've attempted to post to other parts of this board, but they have yet to appear. Any help is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to learning from you guys!
