I am 37, 6'5",340lbs.
New to veganism.
I work out off and on. Currently 5 days a week.
Super into life as a vegan, I know it comes with health benefits but it was an ethical choice for me.
I really need help on calorie intake/calories burned per day. Im trying to lose about 2 lbs a week. I keep seeing different answers in differentent calorie calculators online. Any help with a formula would be appreciated. I still want to keep or gain the muscle I have or will gain. Thanks.
