I've been vegan for about 3 years (previously a vegetarian) and I've been running for about 6 years. I have recently been sidelined by an annoying hamstring injury and started to get back into bodybuilding/lifting (was heavily into lifting back when I went to university some 30 years ago!). I'm 5'10", 173.4 lbs and I'm looking to regain strength and some bulk while dropping my fat %. I've been using Jefit to track my workouts and eventually would like to get back into running as well as doing some triathlons but mostly want to regain my strength. I'm hoping to learn a lot from here.
