Just wanted to quickly introduce myself. I'm a woman in my early 30s from the Bay Area. I've been vegan for a little over a year. I've never felt better in my life! I try to have a healthy diet and excerise regularly. I go to the gym a few times a week (do some cardio, light strength training, stretching, etc.) hike, walk, and do yoga. I want to get more serious about my fitness regimen, and include more strength training and aqcuire a more advanced yoga practice.
I'm excited to be part of this community and support eachother as vegans and health conscious individuals!
