Hello, I have been doing weight training for 6 weeks, "down 18 lbs and 6 inches" I am a total noob, and am looking to go totally vegan. I am currently vegetarian. The only two animal products I eat are egg white and Greek yogurt. Any advice on suitable replacements for those two things that have the same protein and calories? Anyway can not wait to sift through all the info and what not.
