Nefritari's Training and Eating Journal

#1 Postby Nefritari » Sat Dec 31, 2011 6:25 pm

Hey everyone! WHOOT!!! Can't wait to get started!! :boxer:

I'm already with a gym; this one has a "playground" atmosphere to it - so, plate pushing on the fake grass, running sprints, sled pulling, tires, ropes, that kind of stuff.

I also joined a spinning group, which I'll do 2x a week. the weights, etc will be 3x a week.

My trainer's provided me with my Phase I plan so I'll be working on that!

Eating is going to be tougher, but I want to do it right!!

Hey there, Nefritari! How's the training going? That gym sounds AWESOME! Can you share more about it?

How's your eating coming along?

Hope all's well and that you're off to a great start in 2012!

All the best,

Yes, more about this gym. It sounds like a blast!
Where do you get your protein?
