So today was day 5 of the 30 day yoga challenge! Today instead of hot yoga I took a Yin yoga class... Which was focussing all on stretching, holding poses on the ground for 3-5 mins each. It was fantastic. It feels great to get a good stretch in!

I took my measurments:

Waist: 36
Hips: 39
Weight: 153
Height: 5'6

Bright and early training day tomorrow. :)
