I was counting casual walking and walking my dogs as cardio, but it really doesn't because my heart rate isn't up high enough/long enough to make any progress, so now I'm committed to 60 minutes on the "Fat burn" option on the elliptical machine every day unless I train at MMA gym for two hours straight on Wednesdays, and Sundays are my only full off day. I'm making this work!

Kickboxing Class:

 

30 minutes fight based calisthenics and shadowboxing

30 minutes bag work with crunches

15 minutes laps around the cage

15 minutes jumping twists

15 minutes combo technique

15 minutes bag work

5 sets of 10 pushups to bear crawls across the gym to 15 sit ups

 

Vega Preworkout

Intraworkout Aminos/Electrolytes

Coconut water

 

Protein bar

Minestrone

Veggie sub

Taco salad

Bench 85# x15, 95# x12, 105# x10, 115# x8

Skullcrushers 40# x15, 50# x12, 60# x10, 70# x8

Incline bench 85# x15, 95# x10, 95# x8, 95# x5 fail

Chest Flyes 40# x15, 50# x10, 50# x8, 50# x8 fail

Overhead tricep extensions (burnout set) 40# down to 2#

 

C4 Preworkout

Intraworkout Aminos/Electrolytes

Vega Postworkout

 

Lentil soup

Protein shake
