laurak11 Posted March 4, 2012 Author Share Posted March 4, 2012 I've worked out this week but I've been feeling pretty lousy from a head cold/sinus issues. tues- offwed-2.5 mile run and 40 min back/bicepsthurs- ab ripper x (16min) 26min trainer ridefri-35 min shoulder/armssat-off- shopping and lazy saturday with the hubby Nutrition has been getting better. I knew I have been ill before and let it keep me from exercising and then it was hard to motivate myself to get back into it. As soon as I forced myself back into it I felt great again though.
