I started lifting back in November 2016, so I'm definitely a noob!

Today's session

Got all my reps!

3 sets of 8

In other news I got a new water filter today after reading about xenoestrogens on another site :shock: Crazy stuff. I got the berkey countertop water filter from which had a pretty good review of it. Hopefully pure water will = bigger gains and better testosterone.

Time to rest and eat!
