Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness Strength Table 2009

As mentionned this table hasn't been updated in over a year (since cubby left the boards), so unless he comes back this thread isn't going to be updated. There are barely any active members on that list that are still here, and only a small handful have posted updates in the long space of a year.

Just about to lock the thread for this reason.

I'll send a PM to Asparagus and see if he minds at some point transferring the info from this table into his thread ~ once everyone is updated I'll just delete this one. No point having two threads if only one of them is being monitored regularly
