Raw Ambition
Most personal trainers, scientists, nutrtionalists, and us on a lesser scale discuss Nutrtion in terms of grams, calories, and cholesterol levels as though our bodies were machines. Comparing a body to a machine shows little appreciation of the subtle wisdom of the body and dishonors our innate transformational capacities. Doing Yoga, for example, can completely alter endocrine and hormonal delivery function, restoring balance so that allergies, neurochemical disorders, etc. disappear.... I've yet to see a machine change it's nature from within. Stop listening to this multi-billion dollar industry's lies and testaments, and start looking within for the answers. Your body will TELL you how much nutrition you need. It's called "HUNGER" Edited June 23, 2006 by Raw Ambition
MontanaVegan
Stop listening to this multi-billion dollar industries lies and testaments, and start looking within for the answers.Very good advice. If advice comes from the large industries, I usually do the opposite, or at least very diffently.Somehow that always seems to be the right choice. Raw Ambition
Thanks guys, It's sad to see people view their food in such a disconnected way. An apple is not just a source of carbs, fats, protein, vitamins. It is a miracle. such beauty, such flavour, such elegance, such LIFE! Magnificence!
