Had a heaping tablespoon of psylium husks in water before my late breakfast, a smoothie of 1 banana, high fiber hemp protein, unsweetened cocoa powder, some unsweetened soy milk and unsweetened almond milk. John V Posted November 14, 2013 Author Share Posted November 14, 2013 Afternoon.Had an apple and a black Earl Grey.Later, another 1 banana smoothie with apple/cran juice, hemp, and 1 spoon Green, 1 spoon Earth.Hereafter hemp refers to nutiva hi fiber hemp protein powder, green and earth refer to Health Force Super Foods, soy refers to unsweetened soy milk, almond milk is always unsweetened.
