I've altered between high-raw and 100% raw for the last 5 years. Doing a few weeks of 100% now (high-fruit of course).

 

bbillcee - Did my post to your thread do anything for you? Did you add up your calories?

 

"strength loss is usually energy loss from eating less calories"

Whenever I hit a detox, I lose strength, but a few days later, after detox, I bounce back stronger than before.

 

But whatever you do, the best recovery food is fruit.
