emannri Posted January 30, 2014 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Hi all!! I am trying to burn fat while keeping muscle, like all of us. I am 150, 5'7", and approximately 24% body fat. I have been eating 1350 calories a day with no more than 40g fat, 100g carbs, and no less than 110g protein. I don't eat very many legumes as I have problems digesting it. Is there anything I should change?? I am open to suggestions!! I also lift 4 days a week, rarely doing cardio. The past week I have been following the leangains program, and I have been feeling better, so please no comments saying it's bad, I am seeing how it works for me!! Thanks guys Ps. Peanut butter and sweet potato addict, I am determined to find a way that I can have some of these each day to keep me from losing my sanity. Hobbs Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 Well...rarely doing cardio Maybe try to lift 2 days/week only and add some cardio 2-3 times a week, then see how it goes. Edit: love peanut butter and sweet potato too.
