I fully made the transition to vegan at the beginning of the year
The main station here is full of food stalls where they cook open air kebab, doener, bbq meat and whenever I pass by the smell is familiar but now horrifying as in it makes me nauseous.
Does it also happen to you guys?
Does the smell of cooking meat make you sick ?

it smells the same but i guess my mentality has changed, so i percieve the smell differently. It is surely a turn-off. Especially eggs, sausage and certain fish (the main three I used to eat).

Respect for nature and innocent life, the end of human over human oppression. A peaceful world can evolve after animal liberation.

Yes, and i can smell it a mile away. Its smells so bad now and i've been vegan for 2 years. My wifes mom came to visit and she fried meat patties and i almost died. After this i told my wife there will be no meat cooking in this house ever

I also dislike the smell of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic amines in my nose.
Second hand smoke is worse though.

It doesn't really bother me, except for greasy burgers. My husband is an omni, and I still cook for him. While I certainly wish he'd go vegan, we're kind regarding each others choices.
