From meet to veggie

Dear all,

 

I'm new in this forum.

I'm a 38 years old male, 175m height and 69.5Kg weight.

I'm now introducing in the vegetarian world (I would like to become vegan).

In particular I started not to eat meat in January for healthy problems and I immediatly noticed some significant changes in my health.

I feel better. This year I had no cold and no kind of other pathologies.

I would like to increase my muscolar mass but I noticed that, not eating meat, I loss a bit of muscles and a little bit of strength.

My tipically daily diet is this:

 

Breakfast

Bread and jam and a coffee

 

Break

Fruit

 

Launch

I eat out for work so I've to eat pasta and vegetables

 

Break

Fruit or a cereal bar

 

Dinner

Eggs/Soya burgers/beans, peas, chickpeas and cereals and some nuts

 

What do you think about my diet?

What I've to do to increase my muscolar mass? I usually practice body building 3 times a week
