So far I have written down... ChickpeasPeasLentilsKaleTempehTofu I'm trying to do this with as much affordability as possible as well. Any suggestions for my lunch I could take with to work? Normally I would eat a salad consisting of 250g of lettuce, 1/2 cup of kidney beans and roughly 14-16oz of chicken breast (weighed when raw). Sorry I'm all over the place on this.
