Do you eat a meal one hours before training? Or 3 hours and than eat something light likes banana one hour before? I felt dizzy and shaky during exercise.

I eat 30g oatmeal, 100g blueberries, 50g rice protein about an hour before training. Also, I drink about 2-3L of water during the period one hour before training until training complete.
