I recently began trying to build on muscle and I don't know if I should continue being vegan if I'm going to put on muscle. BTW I weigh 147 and I'm 5'6. Everyone and their moms tells me to stop being vegan if I want to build my body. I get all my macros in everyday but I'm just really confused . Please help! (some plant protein sources are not, so look it up and make sure you're getting it) Train to failure to gain. (If you're doing 3 sets of 10, 5 sets of 5, etc...that isn't training to failure.)
