CRAZY nutrition plan for Bodybuilding Comp and Ultramarathon

Its just plain CRAZY, but not impossible. I am currently drafting up what my experiences have been and will be sending it to robert to check out for posting.

 

if you have any individual questions feel free to send them my way.

 

i am 2 weeks out from my show, and 3 weeks from the 50 mile race...

 

Just for an idea of how much I work out:

 

at a min: 3-4 hrs of Cardio a day, full body weight training 3-4x's/ week, muscle group specific training, 2x's per week, and eating----- ALL THE TIME!!!!

 

I will get more specific as time progresses.....

You must have a monster stomach, Mike, to get enough calories for that training plan!

 

I'm already overcharged with eating enough for growing... or maintaining while cutting.

 

I'm interested to see your plan, don't let us wait too long

Is it on october 15th? It's not the Mr. O, is it?

Or maybe the same show Rob attends?
